The Detroit Apartments is a development of 41, 2-3 bedroom apartments located in Tasman Street, Mt Cook.
The property suffered damage in the Kaikoura earthquake and required significant repairs. Urban Outcomes Limited provided project management and Engineer to the Contract services on this project where the cladding panels that were cracked during the earthquake were systematically replaced over a period of five months, from January 2023.
Urban Outcomes Limited Director Natasha Possenniskie also led engagement with EQC on behalf of the body corporate and provided communications for the residents of the apartments affected by the works.
