INDEPENDENT CERTIFIER
As Independent Certifier under NZS3910:2023, Urban Outcomes Director Natasha Possenniskie undertakes a truly impartial and independent decision-making role for the parties to the contract. Natasha’s thorough understanding of the NZS3910 form of contract stems from her depth of experience in operating within the parameters of the contract as both a principal and as a contractor. This makes her uniquely placed to approach the role of Independent Certifier with a multi-perspective and impartial view.
ENGINEER TO THE CONTRACT

EXPERT WITNESS
Urban Outcomes can provide an impartial and objective expert opinion for disputes that have fallen into adjudication or arbitration. Working with your legal team, we will review the case and prepare a statement of opinion for submission. We can also appear as witness to provide oral evidence in court or at mediation proceedings to assist in resolving the dispute.
