The Imperial Park commercial development comprises 86 commercial sites across 11 buildings, located on the site of the old Imperial Tobacco plant in Petone. Developed by Rosco Industrial, this new industrial and commercial business hub offers flexible sized units with differing frontages to provide showroom, retail, office and industrial solutions to users.
The buildings are constructed predominantly from precast concrete panels, with bathroom pods being manufactured in Oamaru. The development also includes all services, along with external concrete works, pathways and roading.
Urban Outcomes Director Natasha Possenniskie provided independent Engineer to the Contract services for the development, working alongside Aspec Construction, Bonnifait+Giesen Architects, Blackyard Engineering, Spencer Holmes and Kingston Partners Limited to deliver this exciting new project for the Petone community.
