CLIENT: Archdiocese of Wellington

SERVICE PROVIDED: Engineer to the Contract / Project Management / Quantity Surveying

COMPLETION: September 2019

VALUE: $2 MILLION

The St Anne’s project involved significant recladding of the school’s main entrance, administration area, staff facilities, library and eight classrooms across five stages in an operational school where classroom space was limited. The staging of the works to ensure the continued ability of the school to operate in a business as usual manner was critical to this project.

In our role as Engineer to the Contract, project manager and quantity surveyor we worked with the contractor to develop a phased project plan that allowed maximum use of the school’s facilities, whilst at all times focusing on the health and safety of the staff and students.

The Archdiocese is delighted to be able to provide their staff and students with a safe, secure and weathertight building for their future education needs, and to have extended the lifecycle of the facilities for many years to come.

We can highly recommend Urban Outcomes for any project, big or small. Natasha communicates candidly and tactfully, facilitates discussions and is able to develop lasting relationships with key project stakeholders, while also understanding the financial principles that affect the project at hand. This personal touch and a complete focus on outcomes resulted in a highly successful project for the Archdiocese.
