This project involved the structural strengthening, re-roofing and recladding of the existing Site Safe building located on Jarden Mile in Wellington.
Urban Outcomes was appointed by the Site Safe Board to ensure an impartial representative as Engineer to the Contract.
The project consisted of replacing the external cladding, window system and roof, along with an interior refurbishment. The works were carried out in two stages to enable Site Safe to continue operating throughout the construction period.
